  In the last month or so, I've had to stop in on a couple of occasions. Both times I have gotten great customer service!! They helped me to make a few minor changes to my phone and did so as a courtesy!! The other Verizon store I used to go to would charge me for everything! I am a long term Verizon customer and it was certainly nice to feel appreciated! I will never go to any other store. Kudos to Jessie who treated me great and really knew his stuff! Thanks!

  Phenomenal sums up my whole experience. I've been going to this Verizon store for about 6 months and have never had a complaint. The moment I open the door I'm greeted with a warm smile and a "How can I help you today?" Over time Scott has become my usual consultant and I could not be more pleased, he has promptly addressed my every question, concern, and even just my curiosity. But even when I've dealt with another worker I've been shown the same curitosy and attention. I already have and plan to continue recommending this store to both my friends and family.

  Without a doubt my go-to Verizon store even though I have stores closer I could go to. I have had several visits to this store and have always received the utmost customer service!! The Store Manager Scott is awesome and really knows his stuff! Thanks CW Verizon!

  The store on Stringtown road was inattentive. They took people before myself . They were not busy and it took 20 minutes before someone finally spoke to me . So I went to the store in Canal Winchester and was greeted before the door closed behind me . My issue was addressed and I was happy and exiting the store in 5 minutes . Very good satisfaction I give the store the highest recommendation ! 5 STARS !
